Good morning drivers and those about to become drivers

Well here we are again and it’s a new day just like I promised! Hopefully your Qualcomm is not going off already and you at least have time for a quick bite and to read this morning’s posts. Did you remember to call the family last night and say hello? Ok good.

This post will be about advertisements in this blog.

As you can see there are ads placed in the blog. These ads are her for me to make money yes. But this is not the reason I created this blog to just make money. I created this blog to provide all drivers who join (its free to join, just become a follower and post a comment, that’s it!) an informative and friendly blog where all are welcome and participation is supported.

Any advertisements that are placed in this blog are geared toward you, the driver. I will not allow ads on my site that I feel would not be beneficial to you in some way. It is up to you to research each product before you make a purchase and I suggest you do just this.

So, any ADVERTISEMENTS you see in the site please click on them because they are placed here with you in mind and can do nothing but benefit you, if the ads applies to you.

However, any LINKS you see in the blog are products/services that I have researched or a site that I own and am recommending to you. Any link I place will look something like this; buy jewelry for your wife for Christmas. Or it may be a direct link, something like this; www.dealsondiamonds4her.com . These examples are to a site that I own (I will discuss below) but please know, that you can be rest assured any LINK I put in these posts you can click onto with confidence knowing I have either researched or used the product/services myself or I own the site I am linking you to. Reminder

So this week’s reminder is: Home time for the holidays. That’s right it’s that’s time again. It seems like yesterday we were ringing in the New Year. It seems to me the older I get, the faster the years go by. Is it just me or is this you too?

Ok I’ll get back to being home time for the holidays. If you have not done so now is the time to request you time off for the holidays. Even if you are just coming off home time, you need to request which holiday you want off. Your company should have already asked you to send a Qualcomm specifying which holiday you want off. Think about it and talk it over with the family, but do it now. The longer you wait the less chance you have of getting the holiday you want off.

I always asked for Christmas off myself. But I have been offered bonus’s to work Christmas and that one’s a tough call. I really needed the money my first Christmas away, so I managed to be home for XMAS eve and picked a load up at the yard XMAS evening and still got my bonus. It’s a tough call I know and I hope you do not find yourself in this position during the holidays this year.
